Passenger booked in Economy Light Fare Family (fare identifier -NY-) may have 1 ABAG (0H8) and 1 BBAG (0H5) per passenger segment.

For Fare Families other than Economy Light - the normal allowance is 1 or 2 bags and passenger may purchase additional bags to total of 5. Therefore, CBAG and DBAG can have NIP 1-4 only.

Involuntary changes:

Involuntary changes made by the airline will rebook the ancillary services.  Based on the teletype messaging from the carrier, EMD reissuance may be necessary.

Voluntary changes:

The services can be cancelled at any time.  However EMD refund conditions depend on the flight fare refund conditions.

Known limitations:

For an EMD exchange where the EMD is associated to an Eticket which has also been exchanged, resulting in NO ADC (no additional collection due), the original EMD cannot be exchanged.

In this circumstance, either void the original EMD (on day of issue only) or refund the EMD as a separate transaction.  Then proceed with the ticket exchange (Worldspan only).
